Let's talk about what you want to achieve. This is where I get to know you and what your goals are. The objective for me is to listen to you to find out exactly what you want to achieve from fitness.

plan & schedule

After we learn about you, it's time to start planning. This is where we organise your set days to train and work around your busy schedule.

diet and fitness

Exercise and diet are equally as important when it comes to losing weight and getting into shape. Thats why a professionally developed personal training program created specifically for you will take you as far as you want to go. Here we will go through what you should/shouldn't consume along with the type of training you will do.

By this stage, as a personal trainer, Im confident I will have helped you define, set and succeed at your specific tasks. My job is to motivate, provide direction and give you the tools to make lifelong changes. Your journey does not end here....
